Our company uses the services of Vudoo, with registered office in Florence, Piazza Indipendenza, 13, for the management of the website, including the newsletter service and online purchases. In addition, the Data Controller may use, for application, functional, and technological reasons, as well as for the identification and shipment of products, additional third-party companies designated as Data Processors under Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, whose list can be requested by making a formal request to the Data Controller.

3. Scope of data communication

In the case of online purchases, your Personal Data will be processed exclusively for purposes related to the execution of the contract, and for this purpose, they may be communicated to third-party companies and/or competent public authorities.
In the case of consent to direct marketing activities and/or registration for the newsletter service, your Personal Data will be processed by Vudoo for communications of informative, promotional, and/or advertising material concerning products and services.

4. Exercise of the data subject's rights

In relation to the above, we inform you that, pursuant to Articles 13(2) and 14(2) of EU Regulation no. 679/2016, you have the right to request from Vudoo access to personal data and the rectification or erasure of the data, or the restriction of the processing concerning you, or to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability; you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal; you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of data concerning you, deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, updating, rectification, or integration of data, and obtaining certification that these operations have been communicated to those to whom the data have been disclosed or disseminated. We inform you that it is your right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

5. Consent

Consent can only be given by individuals who are capable of validly disposing of it and, in any case, by those who have reached at least 16 years of age (cf. Article 8 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016).
